DMCA Policy

"Egg Roll Skillet" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Egg Roll Skillet service or website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Egg Roll Skillet website or service, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent, including the information listed below.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must send a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, e.g., a link to the original work or a copy of the work. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material, including the specific URL(s) of the content on Egg Roll Skillet that you claim is infringing.
  3. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: Provide an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification to a Copyright Infringement Claim

If you believe that the material you posted on Egg Roll Skillet was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URL(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Egg Roll Skillet may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the person who submitted the original DMCA notification. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification.
